Hi, I’m Jess.
I’ve spent over 20 years in the health and fitness industry helping people build strength, move well and feel confident in their bodies, without extremes or quick fixes.
My background spans CrossFit, boxing, Muay Thai, triathlon training, weight training and yoga. I opened my first personal training business in Sydney in 2008 and quickly realised my passion wasn’t just training people harder, it was helping them create lasting lifestyle change.
In 2011, I founded my first CrossFit gym and became deeply involved in the sport as both a coach and competitive athlete, earning podium finishes along the way. During this time, I continued to expand my knowledge through formal study in nutrition, health science and remedial massage, because effective training only works when recovery and overall health are prioritised.
In 2020, I became a CrossFit gym owner again. It was an incredibly rewarding chapter, but as a mum of three, I made the decision in 2023 to step into a more intentional phase of business. One that allowed me to work more closely with clients and deliver truly personalised support.
That vision became LaBelle Bodywerks.
A private home studio offering personal training, small group classes, remedial massage, and recovery therapies including sauna and ice bath.
Everything I do is guided by how your body moves, feels and responds. Training is structured and purposeful. Recovery is non-negotiable. And your long-term health always comes first.
